Ft. Worth impeachment resolution details
Friends and fellow activists, lend me your eyes.
Our sisters with Code Pink Ft. Worth and the Tarrant County Green Party are going to be speaking before the FW city council on August 9. They will present the council with a resolution to Impeach Bush and Cheney for their numerous crimes.
AND THEY NEED YOU TO BE THERE!!!
So far, they've got seven or eight speakers lined up. At the end of the meeting, during the public input section, each person will be given three minutes to say a few words. They hope to eat up at least 30 minutes, but if they can get more people to attend, they'll get even more time.
You do not have to be a Ft. Worth resident to speak before the council. You just have to be there.
