Blackwater -- killing civilians AND evading taxes

This just in: Private mercenary army Blackwater USA not only kills Iraqi civilians for no apparent reason, but they've also been evading the payment of MILLIONS in various taxes, claied the House Oversight Committee today.

Damn, Henry Waxman is just straight smilin'. What's up with that?
